Melissa is a senior teacher and enjoys the evolving process of yoga in all modalities.
She does ongoing training to stay up to date with the current health, breath work, meditation and fitness trends. She likes to teach a mindful but challenging class and meets you where you are at in your practice. She enjoys a great playlist that will challenge and inspire you. Safety and fun is always her mantra. When Melissa is not teaching yoga she is doing a fitness related activity, playing with her dog, being with friends and enjoying life. She is excited to offer the benefits of what Vibe Flow Yoga creates on so many levels such as community, body awareness and taking your health, happiness and yoga practice to the next level.
